Please scroll down to find the specific dosing information for your clinician-prescribed GLP-1/combined GLP-1 medications.
If you miss 2 or more doses of your weekly GLP-1, please reach out to our team. We can advise on a temporary dose reduction in order to avoid you having increased side effects from a gap in medication.
Side effects typically go away within three to four weeks but if they are not improving, or are severe, stop the medication and reach out to the Clinical Team through the Support Center in your Calibrate app. Guides to help with side effects can be found here.
If you experience significant side effects as you increase the dose of your medication, please reach out to the Clinical team as we may recommend a dose reduction. For most GLP-1/combined GLP-1 medications, this will require an updated prescription for the lower dose.
