Calibrate will be offline in observance of the following holidays:
As always, our priority is to ensure that Calibrate members feel supported and in control even while you wait to hear back from us. On this page, you’ll find helpful resources, including medication information, program guides, frequently asked questions, and details about upcoming doctor visits and coaching sessions.
Relevant Program Guides
We know you might need some program support while we’re out. We’ve compiled the most common questions below.
In case of an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
For current average response times by question type, check out our Member Support landing page. Please know our Support Team and Clinical Team work hard to get back to all members as quickly as possible following the holiday. Please note that follow-up messages will delay response as they cause messages to be sent to the back of the queue.
If you are experiencing side effects, the following guides are a helpful starting point.
Side effects typically go away within three to four weeks. If your side effects are significantly bothersome or intolerable, you can delay your next dose until speaking with a member of your Clinical Team when we return. If side effects are severe, please seek urgent medical attention.
While stopping or delaying GLP-1s/combined GLP-1s can cause an increase in hunger, there are no serious side effects associated with pausing GLP-1/combined GLP-1 medication and there are no withdrawal symptoms—whether you titrate down gradually or stop abruptly. Keep in mind that the weight you’re losing is the result of the lifestyle changes you’re making as well as your GLP-1s, and the habits we’re helping you build are designed to help you sustain your new, lower weight without medication. So even if you’re off medication for some time, your progress is unlikely to be compromised.
We have not scheduled any clinician appointments during the holiday. If you still see an appointment scheduled during this time, please select a new time via the Visits tab in your Calibrate app.
If your coaching session falls on a day Calibrate’s holiday hours are in effect, that session will not take place as Calibrate will be offline. Your coach should have spoken with you regarding your next scheduled session and collaborated with you on your next class and goal to help you stay on track.
If you haven’t heard from your coach about this yet, you can reschedule your upcoming coaching session directly in the Calibrate app.

Your pharmacy hours may be impacted by the holiday, so make sure to check their hours of operation. If possible, have your medication filled and ready for pick up no later than one week before the holiday so that we can support you if there are any issues with your copay or medication dosage.
Unfortunately, there are occasions when the pharmacy dispenses the incorrect dosage. If this happens one week before the holiday, please do not pick up the medication. Instead, message us via the Support Center, and we will assist you in obtaining the correct dosage when we return from the holiday. No serious side effects are associated with delaying or skipping your next scheduled dose until you have the correct medication. For more information regarding your medication, please visit the Getting Your Medication Guide.
You’ll hear directly from your pharmacy when your prescription is ready for pick-up.
Below you will find information regarding the dosing instructions for each medication that Calibrate doctors prescribe.
